About Me

Hello there! Thank you so much for taking time to explore my page. I am a sophomore in college and have a strong love for movies, tv shows, plays, and musicals. I find them to be an escape from reality as well as ways to gain insight of the time we live in. We constantly question ourselves after anything we watch or find these forms of entertainment always a good conversation among family and friends. Film and television shows give us as viewers the ability to see ourselves within the character, or if not us, someone else we know who possess similar qualities. It allows us to think of ourselves, how we can change, and overall it engages us into a sense of relation with characters, situations or actions. This is common in every genre we watch every day. In comedies, we laugh until our ribs hurt because of numerous one-liners that we quote on a daily. In romantics, we see ourselves as the one falling in love with that perfect somone from the coffee shop. In sitcoms, we see the dysfunctional family defy all odds and come together after all is said and done. Movies, tv shows, plays, musical, etc.- all of it is a reflection of ourselves. I guess that's why I admire them so much. 
In this blog, I plan to review various shows (aired on tv and Netflix), movies, and my overall journey, insight, views, and tips of college life.
